When you have registered as an Exhibitor at the North West Expo 2009 please take the time to familiarize yourself with the information you will need to get the most from your participation in the Event.

Exhibitors are encouraged to present a professional and attractive site.  Interactive displays are most popular.  Consider competitions, demonstrations and moving displays to attract visitors.  If you have something significant at your site, please advise the Coordinators so they can announce over the Public Address system.

Furniture and display accessories are not included in site registration fees.

Unless stated on the Site Configuration & Fees sheet, shade or marquees are not included in site registration fees.
