The venue of the NW Expo 2010 is the Broome Recreation & Aquatic Centre (BRAC) on Cable Beach Road, Broome.

Exhibition Hours:

Saturday 1st May 9am - 5pm
Sunday 2nd May 9am - 4pm


To apply to be an exhibitor you must complete your Site Registration form and submit to the coordinators with a 25% deposit by 19 February, 2010.  Before applying for your site please read the Terms & Conditions carefully.

5 March 2010 Site allocations confirmed by coordinators
Balance of Site Fees due and payable
5 March 2010 Submit Site Requirements Order Form (see Exhibitor Information booklet)
5 March 2010 Official Program Advertising Booking Deadline. Download the booking form to book your advert space.
11 March 2010 Official Program – Copy Deadline.  If you require an advert designed for you contact ola.carlsen@broomead.com.au or 08 9192 1061.
18 March 2010 Official Program – Artwork Deadline.  All camera ready artwork to be submitted to ola.carlsen@broomead.com.au.
19 March 2010 All sites not paid in full will be forfeited and re-allocated to waiting list
29 April 2010 9am-5pm.  Set-up open to larger outdoor exhibitors with prior arrangements with coordinators.
30 April 2010 Set-up for all exhibitors
3pm – all exhibitors must be set-up
Official Opening & Exhibitor Networking event
1 & 2 May 2010 EXPO OPEN Saturday – 9am-5pm; Sunday – 9am-4pm
3 May 2010 12 noon.  Pack down of your site must be complete, all materials, rubbish removed.
