The venue of the NW Expo 2012 is the Broome Recreation & Aquatic Centre (BRAC) on Cable Beach Road, Broome.

Saturday 5th May

9am - 5pm

Sunday 6th May

9am - 4pm

Steps for exhibition

To exhibit at North West Expo follow these simple steps:

To apply to be an exhibitor you must complete your Site Registration form and submit to the coordinators.

Within 7 days of submitting the registration form you will be emailed a tax invoice for the full amount.  25% of that amount is required as a deposit  and your registration is not confirmed until we receive that 25% deposit.  The balance will be due before Friday 2 March 2012.

Ensure you read the Terms & Conditions carefully prior to submitting your form.

12 noon.  Pack down of your site must be complete, all materials, rubbish removed.

Broome is accessible by air, being serviced daily by major and regional airlines. There are direct services or convenient connections from all capital cities in Australia.

NW Expo is held in the first weekend of May, the start of the tourist season, so early bookings are recommended. The town has a range of accommodation and other services to meet the needs of exhibitors and visitors.

Broome offers many tourism activities for visiting exhibitors and through its natural attractions, the ability to draw visitors to the Expo.

Opening Function & Networking Sundowner

Held on Friday 4 May the Opening Cocktail Party is ticketed event limited to 200 attendees.

Following the public opening hours on Saturday 5 May the Networking Sundowner held at BRAC is free to all exhibitors with 3 passes per site.  The Networking Sundowner is a great event where everyone comes together to discuss outcomes of their presence at Expo, their business direction and network with groups and industry in the North West.
