CommitteeNorth West Expo Inc. has a formalised process of decision making and implementation expressed in the constitution as per rules of association. Governance of North West Expo Inc. is participatory, consensus oriented, accountable, transparent, responsive, effective and efficient, equitable and inclusive and follows the rule of law. The North West Expo committee has financial supervision of the planning and running of the event. The committee comprises members from the region who contribute a range of complementary skill sets and experience. Individually they contribute a selection of expertise from marketing and media, financial, tourism and local government who provide both strategic and hands on abilities. The main role of the committee is to set policy and direction of the event, to review the event progress and to ensure financial viability at all times.
CoordinatorsBroome based professional event management business Kimberley Events Management is contracted to deliver the logistical elements of North West Expo. Barrett Displays are the appointed exhibition & display suppliers for the NW Expo. A range of furniture and exhibition display equipment is available for hire from Barrett Displays. |
